RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Refunds will be sent using the original payment method whenever possible
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit.
Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
